Celebrating International Snow Leopard Day: Mobilizing Global Action Through Sports, Culture and Presidential Leadership — Join Kyrgyzstan's #23for23 Movement for Mountain Biodiversity
On International Snow Leopard Day, Kyrgyzstan, the Snow Leopard Trust, GSLEP and range-country partners celebrate how presidential leadership and grassroots sport are transforming mountain conservation. Learn how a Presidential Decree made the snow leopard Kyrgyzstan’s national symbol, and how #23for23 — 23 minutes of exercise for nature — has reached 101 million people across 50+ countries and 700+ partner organizations. Ministers, GEF/UNEP and youth leaders debate sports diplomacy for the Kunming-Montreal Framework. Join the live poll, Q&A and photo pledge — and help safeguard the source of freshwater for a third of humanity.
