Nature and carbon markets offer a rare chance to deliver the speed and scale needed to meet global biodiversity and climate goals. But that promise depends on credible, aligned approaches to natural capital – something the forest sector is uniquely positioned to lead on.
Over the past 18 months, a collective of leading forest-sector organisations has worked with the Capitals Coalition, with support from TNFD, to build a shared global approach to natural capital and help establish the market infrastructure these efforts depend on.
